Brigham and Women's Magazine: "Mathematical model helps prevent jet lag"

Software developed by researchers at Brigham and Women's Hospital and University of Michigan could help fight jet lag and other problems related to circadian misalignment by suggesting times that counter-action should be taken. Brigham and Women's Magazine featured their finding and cited Dennis Dean, lead author on the 2009 Computational Biology paper on the software, suggesting that it may also be helpful for shift workers and people working in space.
