ABC News: "Adequate sleep tied to healthier diets in truckers"

In a study of motor freight workers, Dr. Orfeu Buxton of Harvard Medical School and co-investigators found adequate sleep is associated with more healthful food choices and may mediate the effects of workplace experiences.
