AnnouncementHarvard researchers educate senior citizens on sleep and sleep disorders

A team of researchers from the Division of Sleep Medicine presented talks at eight community centers across Massachusetts in June in order to educate senior citizens on sleep disorders and the importance of sleep for overall health. The research team, based at Brigham and Women's Hospital, is led by Jeanne F. Duffy, PhD, and includes post-doctoral fellows Karine Scheuermaier, MD and Mirjam Munch, PhD, and research assistants Aaron Guzik and Jennifer Row. The talks were given in Beverly, Brockton, Greenfield, Malden, Marshfield, Millis, Weymouth, and Woburn.
