National Sleep Awareness Week

March 2, 2009 - March 8, 2009

National Sleep Awareness Week (NSAW) is organized by the National Sleep Foundation (NSF), to coincide with the end of daylight savings time each spring.

The NSF plays a critical public policy advocacy role for sleep in the United States. Individuals and organizations can find information on how to become involved and support this work through the NSF Advocacy Action Center.

For more information about National Sleep Awareness Week or other work of the NSF, please visit the National Sleep Foundation's website.
