Moore presented the keynote address to guests at the Harvard Medical School Division of Sleep Medicine's fifth annual Sleep and Health Benefit Dinner, on October 5, 2006, regarding the need for Drowsy Driving legislation, and his efforts to pass such legislation in Massachusetts in the form of Rob's Law.
